Luxury custom homes in the $1M to $1.5M range are still in demand, but increasing homeowner confidence is setting a new trend in 2014: Go big when going home.
Homeowners looking to create the perfect home setting are now returning to the pre-recession days of expanded floor plans and a plethora of luxury options to custom build homes to their specific needs, such as Kohler’s digitally controlled super shower system with a programmable interface or, on a grander scale, an outdoor water feature that sprays water and lights up to the tune of Disney classics.
Census Bureau data presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) states that the average home size has continued to rise for the past four years, a historically typical trend when coming out of a recession. New home construction is also a part of that trend, with homes exceeding 5,000 square feet accounting for a little over 3 percent of the total new single-family market. New homes with at least four bedrooms have increased as well, rising from 34 percent in 2009 to 48 percent in 2013.
London Bay Homes builds Southwest Fl luxury homes ranging from 2,800 square feet to the increasingly popular estate homes with well over 5,000 square feet. Here are just a few of our One of a Kind homes that will wow homebuyers with beautifully laid out floor plans and exquisite furnishings by Romanza Interior Design.
