Part of our plan for continued success is the expansion of our downtown presence in both Naples and Sarasota through our On Your Lot program. We have acquired multiple home sites in Old Naples, allowing for your custom dream home to be built just moments from Naples’ award-winning Gulf of Mexico beaches. We have also purchased home sites on Siesta Key in Sarasota, located within walking distance of the area’s famed, white sandy beaches and overlooking the calming waters of Sarasota Bay.
Our Naples homes in Mediterra have also proven to be a key ingredient in London Bay Homes’ success, with all of the model homes completed prior to March 2014 being sold before the end of season. For this reason, we are bringing back some of our best-selling model homes, the Eloro, Capriano, and Girona, in addition to building two model homes based off of new two-story floor plans.
We’ve also picked up the pace on new model homes at The Founders Club in Sarasota, with the introduction of our award-winning Girona floor plan to the Sarasota/Bradenton area and the completion of our new Clara model home located within walking distance of the 24,000-square-foot Clubhouse. In addition to constructing new model homes, we’ve also had an abundance of activity at The Founders Club community, with a refreshing new entry monument in the works, captivatingly fresh cuisine from the newly appointed Chef Mark Traugutt, and new Celebration grass on the expanded driving range of the Robert Trent Jones, Jr golf course. The opening of the Mall at University Town Center has only added to the unique appeal of The Founders Club, bringing high fashion and fine dining just one exit away from our boutique-style community.
