For London Bay Homes, 2015 has been a remarkable year marked by continued success and the celebration of 25 years of excellence as Southwest Florida’s premier luxury home builder utilizing our signature Private Label Living process. We have had the honor of working with many clients, vendors, and luxury home communities and have already experienced record-breaking sales at the end of the third quarter.
In the flagship community of Mediterra in Naples, 11 luxury custom homes were sold in the first three quarters of 2015, including seven of our model homes furnished by the award-winning team at Romanza Interior Design. The popular Girona model in Cortile at Mediterra was recognized for Interior Design of the Year during the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2015 Sand Dollar Awards and Mediterra was awarded Community of the Year, the ninth time the premier golf and beach club community has received this honor.
Four additional homes were sold in Naples, including our Brighton model in Quail West that sold for more than $4.4 Million and other custom homes in the Park Shore area and at Estuary in Grey Oaks Country Club.
The luxury community of Portofino, nestled in the heart of Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club had its best year ever with six luxury waterfront homes sold and three more models now being built. Prospective homeowners were drawn to the quaint Portofino neighborhood by the waterfront views and boat access from each of the 20 maintenance-free villa homes and were thrilled with the three miles of private, white sandy beaches, the fine and casual dining, and the many luxury amenities offered at Miromar Lakes.
In Sarasota, sales took off with six prospective homeowners finding their dream home in The Founders Club, our boutique-style community just minutes from I-75, a vibrant downtown area, and world-class beaches. With 700 acres of lush landscape, nature preserves, and glistening lakes, a growing number of amenities, and beautiful luxury custom homes in a prime location, The Founders Club has everything you need in a country club community. This may be why the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association chose The Founders Club as the Best Overall Community during the 2015 Parade of Homes, as well as the community with the Best Entranceway and Best Amenities. The Founders Club was also awarded Best Floor Plan for its fully-furnished Clara model home by London Bay Homes.
Prospective homeowners were also drawn to The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch, where some very large luxury homes by London Bay Homes are currently under construction in the Tuscan-inspired, private club community. London Bay Homes has also begun the design process for The Lake Club’s newest multi-family project consisting of 250 luxury coach homes and townhomes. These homes will range from 1,700-2,200 air-conditioned square feet and will be located in an intimate neighborhood overlooking three lakes, including one great lake.
In addition to our increasing sales in various communities throughout Southwest Florida, London Bay Homes has also introduced new model homes in downtown Naples and the Sarasota Keys, extending our luxury living opportunities to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
In downtown Naples, our luxury model homes reach from Park Shore to Port Royal for a luxury living lifestyle blocks from the beach, fine and casual dining, high-end shopping, quality theatre and arts, and world-class culture at Fifth Avenue Shops. London Bay Homes is currently building four luxury model homes and have several other home sites available to design and build your ideal luxury custom home.
In Downtown Sarasota and the Sarasota Keys, London Bay Homes is embracing island living with the introduction of the Sarasota Keys Collection of fully-customizable homes. Four model homes are currently under construction or in the design process and each is moments away from miles of award-winning beaches, casual and fine dining, and a variety of shopping destinations, as well as easy access to Sarasota’s many urban amenities, including the Theater and Arts District, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and the new Mall at University Town Center, among other attractions. Two of our model homes are located in Spice Bay, a luxury gated community located on beautiful Sarasota Bay.
