The Sand Dollar Awards are presented each year to member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, and sales and/or advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design, and marketing excellence in Collier County. Our luxury homes, and some of the team members that assist during the design, build, and sell process, were highlighted during the Sand Dollar Awards Gala. The awards presented to London Bay Homes represented exceptional product, interior design, sales, and marketing for homes throughout Southwest Florida. These include:
Award-Winning Luxury Homes
The Bianca
The Bianca was London Bay’s top winner, bringing home the awards for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $2,500,001 - $3,000,000; Best Kitchen Design $2,500,001 - $3,000,000; Best Master Suite $2,500,001 - $3,000,000; Best Outdoor Living Area $2,500,001 - $3,000,000. Th luxury model home also earned the Professional/Trade Associate Award Best Kitchen Design $2,500,001 - $3,000,000 and the Professional/Trade Associate Award Best Master Suite $2,500,001 - $3,000,000 for the work done by our luxury partner: Romanza Interior Design.
The Bianca features three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,735 square feet under air. One of the highlights of this floor plan is the massive great room that opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area and a custom pool with a sun shelf and spa. Other features include an island kitchen with wine storage, a bonus room with a linear fireplace, a private study, and pocketing sliders that open to the outdoors. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The plan also includes a two-car garage and a one-car garage.
Private Whole House Remodel
A remodel by London Bay Renovation in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club received the top award in the $800,001-$900,000 category for Best Whole House Remodel. This residence was completely gutted except for the master suite, one guest bedroom, and the laundry room. The project consisted of converting the four-bedroom, five-bath Tuscan-style residence into a timeless residence affording better flow and function, as well as an additional 500 square feet for a new guest suite. Designers also created a new rectilinear design to reclaim the old design’s unused space, cleaning up the design and providing for an enhanced set-up for furniture.
The exterior of the home also received some changes, transforming it from a heavy Tuscan design to a clean, contemporary design with the removal of some precast elements, the lightening up of the overall color palette, and the addition of dark trim and Bermuda shutters.
Award-Winning Sales and Marketing
In addition to awards for luxury homes, London Bay Homes was also recognized for its innovative approach to marketing and advertising efforts for its Naples Collection of custom estates, model homes, and private residences from Park Shore to Port Royal. The “Authentic Moments” campaign highlighted the builder’s brand promise of “Private Label Living” and connected its meaning through a series of vignettes that artfully captured scenes of authentic moments of homeowners gathering with friends and family to create long-lasting memories in a special place called “home.” The campaign resulted in top Sand Dollar Awards for Best Magazine, Best Newspaper Ad and Best Overall Campaign.
After such a successful sales year, London Bay Homes Sales Executive Toby Cloutier also took home Sand Dollar Awards for Sales Person of the Year over $3 million and Sales Person of the Year based on highest volume of over $39 million.
