Located at 500 5th Avenue South, the new London Bay Homes Sales Gallery showcases our fully-furnished model homes and fully-customizable home designs, as well as our full range of services from Romanza Interior Design, London Bay Homes Renovation and Design, and Acquatico Pools. More than 75 guests from our Grand Opening event were among the first to tour the 1,400-square-foot gallery, enjoying complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as they learned about the array of fully-furnished model homes available from Park Shore to Port Royal and in luxury home communities such as Mediterra, Estuary at Grey Oaks, Quail West, and Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Guests were also informed of the opportunity to create a One-of-a-Kind Custom Home designed with only you in mind with our in-house, experienced architectural, design, and construction teams.

Our London Bay Homes team was on hand during the event to answer any questions about the unique designs and services offered by America’s Best Builder. The new Sales Gallery is open seven days a week and is staffed with a team to answer questions, provide virtual and physical model home tours, and work with clients to create custom designs reflecting the homeowners’ individual tastes and personalities. If clients would like to tour a model home during their visit, two of London Bay’s model homes are conveniently located within a mile of the gallery. These two model homes - The Chelston and The Claremont - are currently available to provide guests with a close look at the high-quality construction and exquisite design features of each London Bay home.
