Home and Design Suncoast Magazine chose the Delfina model by London Bay Homes at The Founders Club to host their May 2017 launch party, welcoming more than 125 guests to our award-winning estate home.
Guests filled every room of the Delfina model home by Sarasota home builder London Bay Homes as they celebrated Home and Design Magazine’s newest edition highlighting luxury homes, architecture, interior design, and decor in Sarasota FL. During the festivities, Home and Design Suncoast unveiled the new cover for the magazine’s May 2017 edition and John Hillman, Sales Director for London Bay Homes, provided a quick presentation and introduction to the luxury home builder and its boutique-style community while guests sipped cocktails and mingled with friends, old and new.
The Delfina was the obvious choice for a launch party, having won Best Curb Appeal during the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes and featuring a perfect layout for entertaining guests. This 4,329-square-foot estate home features four bedrooms, a den, and four bathrooms, as well as a large family room that resides directly next to a gorgeous kitchen and living room. The Delfina’s unique setup includes a game room that is separated from the family room by a custom-built, 60-inch pop-up television. A second plasma television can be found inside the game room wall-mounted just above the billiard table. The family room also features sliding glass doors that open up to the outdoor living space that includes a simple and elegant pool deck with a serene and captivating view of the custom pool, raised spa, waterfall feature, and lake. This layout design creates an expansive area ideal for guests meandering between the two spaces, and the perfect choice for Home and Design Suncoast’s May 2017 launch party.
The Delfina home in Sarasota is further enhanced with the award-winning design from Romanza Interior Design. The open floor plan is seemingly expanded with a soft white backdrop in the living room, kitchen, family room, and the game room punctuated by sunny citrus colors for a fun and casual atmosphere. The transitional design is further emphasized using clean-lined furniture with wood, stone, metal, and glass finishes, as well as a light, neutral palette used to bring out the splashes of color throughout the home. These color and texture combinations visually open the room for a bright and airy feeling.
