NAPLES, Fla. (April 4, 2017) – Construction of London Bay Homes’ luxury estate model at 4395 Gordon Drive in Port Royal has reached the midway milestone. The custom model, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the country, is expected to be completed this fall.

The model’s 4,648 square feet of interior living space is oriented to views of Cutlass Cove toward the southernmost point of scenic Gordon Drive in Naples. Its two-story design places the master suite on the second floor for elevated views of the surrounding waterways from the bedroom and balcony.

Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects of Naples, the four-bedroom model will offer a study, wine cellar, elevator, four full baths, a powder room, pool bath and a second-floor loft.

The luxury home’s open floor plan will feature a large great room and adjoining kitchen and dining area. A wall of sliding glass pocket doors in the great room will open to an elevated outdoor living area overlooking the custom pool. The alfresco space will offer an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, refrigerator, sink and a freestanding bar.

Steps will lead down to a fire pit and the open-air pool deck. A trio of spouts will splash water into the pool, which offers in-water benches and a built-in spa with two spillways.

The model will feature contemporary design by award-winning Romanza Interior Design, including honed stone and wood flooring, sculpted back-lit ceilings, and white and high-gloss lacquer walnut cabinetry in the kitchen.

One of the estate’s three guest suites will be located on the first floor and offer a private full bath and a bay window overlooking the front of the home.

The master suite will occupy half of the second floor and offer an oversized walk-in closet with two entrances and dual bathrooms. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom will open to a private terrace.

A second-floor guest room has been designed as a VIP suite, offering a walk-in closet and private full bath.

The bedrooms will share a loft with full morning kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, sink and washer and dryer.

The custom home’s West Indies architecture is enhanced with louvered shutters, hand-crafted bay windows built with custom brackets supporting extra-large overhangs with exposed rafter tails, a stone cladded entry, and custom ornate railing and balustrades along the outdoor living area and balcony.

It also will feature a three-car garage, and a private boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico through nearby Gordon Pass. The home is priced at $12,975,000.

A peninsula with homes along the coves and back bays of Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, Port Royal is considered a boater’s paradise. The estate includes membership eligibility in Port Royal Club and Cutlass Cove Beach Club.

The model is among several luxury custom floor plans created by London Bay Homes for the Naples Collection, on-your-lot homes and models in prestigious neighborhoods from Park Shore to Port Royal. A second luxury custom model is also under construction at 4375 Gordon Drive. It has five bedrooms, 6,394 square feet of living space and features waterfront views of Cutlass Cove.
