London Bay Homes and its partners recently received 12 Sand Dollar Awards during the annual “Come Together” virtual gala presented by the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.

The Sand Dollar Awards are the highest accolades given by the CBIA, honoring the best in building, design and more.

London Bay Homes received top honors for product design and renovation for homes in Southwest Florida.

The builder’s custom home at 700 Admiralty Parade West, which recently sold for a record-setting $18.5 million, topped the list with an astounding five awards. Located in the prestigious Port Royal Neighborhood and created in collaboration with Jon Kukk Architecture & Design, Michael Scott of Romanza Interior Design and Landscape Architect Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, the inspiring home was recognized for Product Design of the Year in the $5 million and above category, Best Outdoor Living Area and Best Pool Design. Romanza Interior Design was also honored with Best Kitchen and Best Interior Design for the home.

In Mediterra, London Bay Homes received accolades for the 3,527-square-foot Pembrook luxury custom estate. This exquisite three-bedroom, four bath estate features a study, bonus room, a spacious great room, island kitchen, dining area, an outdoor living area with extended dining and conversation spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a custom pool and spa, and a three-car garage. London Bay Homes was recognized for Product Design of the Year in the $2.5 million to $3 million category and Best Outdoor Living Area. Romanza Interior Design was honored with Best Kitchen and Best Interior Design of the Year for the single-family home.

Also in Mediterra, London Bay Renovation transformed views – indoors and out – on a private residence that garnered the top award in the $800,001-$900,000 category for Best Home Addition.

In a dramatic update of a newly purchased home, the team completely transformed the outdoor space behind the home with an extensive outdoor addition of an outdoor living area. Resquaring the trio of arches that originally marked the transition between the outdoor living and the lawn to let more light in was a key element of the design, and served as a starting point for creating the ultimate lake-view outdoor living area with an updated outdoor kitchen, areas for dining and lounging, and a new custom pool enhanced by lush landscaping. The team satisfied the goal of creating a timeless design for alfresco entertainment.

Capping off the successful award season, Mediterra was honored for the 12th year as the top Community of the Year. Contributing to the award-winning communities’ vibrant lifestyle is the 60,000-square foot Clubhouse, which garnered top honors for Best Clubhouse.
