A showing of London Bay Homes’ estate model at 4395 Gordon Drive in Naples inspired the creation of a more than 8,000-square-foot custom private residence designed to take advantage of views from the developer’s homesite on Rum Row in Port Royal.
“While the Gordon Drive model was more intimate in size for the homeowners’ needs, the clients really appreciated the design and the quality of the home’s construction,” said London Bay Homes Sales Executive Toby Cloutier.
The idea of building a custom home began to crystallize when Cloutier brought the couple to visit a London Bay Homes homesite available in the Port Royal neighborhood.
“They fell in love with the street and the expansive views,” said Cloutier.
The clients hired Stofft Cooney Architects of Naples to custom design a Dutch-influence home with more than 8,000 square feet of living space, and London Bay Homes to handle the build out.
For three decades, London Bay Homes has elevated homebuilding to an art form. Whether working with designers to bring a signature style to life, collaborating with a trusted team to create a unique home design, or helping homebuyers identify the ideal location, London Bay Homes offers a dedicated team that oversees each project from concept to completion.
“The Rum Row home illustrates the benefits of London Bay’s collaborations with area architects, designers and landscape professionals,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “The creativity and ideas produced by a team of experts is virtually limitless.”
The Rum Row custom home is scheduled for completion later this year.
