With over $600 million in achieved sales, this milestone brings the project closer to welcoming its first residents.

London Bay Development Group held a topping out ceremony for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay’s South Tower, celebrating the completion of the building’s 22-story structure. Now 90 percent sold, it is the first of the development’s two towers to be constructed and is slated to open in 2026. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.

“The South Tower’s topping out marks an exciting step forward in bringing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay to life,” said Mark Wilson, CEO of London Bay Development Group. “This milestone brings us closer to welcoming our first residents and delivering an unrivaled coastal living experience that sets a new standard for Southwest Florida. We’re proud to play a role in shaping Bonita Springs’ future as a luxury destination, creating a community that blends world-class resort-style living with the natural beauty of Estero Bay.

“This project represents a major investment in Lee County, reinforcing the strength and desirability of the region,” said Lee County Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass. “The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay are a testament to the market’s continued growth and economic vitality, significantly contributing to the local economy by attracting new residents who support businesses, restaurants, and cultural institutions. We appreciate London Bay’s investment in our community.”

Located within Bonita Spring’s serene waterfront community of Saltleaf on Estero Bay, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay has achieved $600 million in sales to date, underscoring its exceptional allure as an enclave unlike any other in the region. Situated within 500 acres of nature preserve, an architectural masterpiece of two towers will rise 22 stories, totaling 224 condominium homes upon completion. Designed by globally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, the cascading façades of the buildings are inspired by the tranquil waterfront setting, integrating harmoniously into the surrounding topography.

“The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay mark a defining moment for Bonita Springs, placing our city among the world’s most desirable waterfront communities,” added Bonita Springs City Councilor Laura Carr. “Welcoming an iconic name like The Ritz-Carlton brings global recognition and prestige, further elevating our reputation within the luxury real estate market. I commend London Bay for their vision and look forward to the lasting impact this project will have in the area.”

Priced from the $3 millions, residences range from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet and include two, three or four bedrooms with a den. Unobstructed sunset views of the bay and spacious balconies up to 2,200 square feet enhance enjoyment of daily life. Storage will be abundant, with generous bedroom closets and a personal private storage unit located on each floor. Owners will have a choice of three finish packages assembled by Meyer Davis, the award-winning New York design studio behind the property’s stunning interiors and impressive shared spaces. Lush landscape architecture by EDSA will transform the outdoor spaces into a verdant oasis from three cascading pools to bocce ball, and barbeques.

The Ritz-Carlton’s iconic hospitality will be felt throughout the ownership lifestyle, especially through The Experience Studio, a dedicated team devoted to the art of living well — from arranging services like personalized spa treatments or private training sessions, to booking restaurant reservations. A rich program of amenities spans five acres, with 36,000 square feet of indoor offerings. This includes a Wellness Center with fitness equipment, a yoga and Pilates studio, steam rooms and sauna. The Oasis, a centrally located 8,000-square-foot space, will offer a Sunset Lounge, private dining room, Sports & News Café, Wine & Whiskey Room, Card Room and demonstration and catering kitchen.

The North Tower will feature additional amenities, including a state-of-the-art sports simulator, providing enthusiasts and athletes with an indoor venue to hone their skills, from golf to soccer. A screening room will offer a theater-like setting for enjoying favorite films and shows with family and friends.

For those in need of additional space, a limited number of Tower Suites are available, presenting an exclusive opportunity for owners to purchase flexible accommodation within the building. Ideal for hosting guests or creating a personal studio or home office, these suites offer customization to suit any lifestyle.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay is set within the new coastal master-planned community of Saltleaf on Estero Bay. The development includes Saltleaf Marina, which will directly neighbor the residences, offering private boat slips and a waterfront restaurant. Saltleaf Golf Preserve presents a fully reimagined 18-hole championship course, known as 'The Preserve,' as well as one of the only 9-hole short courses in Southwest Florida, 'The Leaf.' Both courses are open to the public, no membership required. Tee times are currently available for booking at saltleafgolf.com.

The property is just a short drive from some of the best beaches in the country, as well as dining, boutiques, and galleries. It's also only 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. For more information, visit www.TheResidencesEsteroBay.com.
