FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 7, 2017) – Grandview at Bay Beach, London Bay Homes’ new luxury high-rise on the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach, will offer resort-inspired amenities designed for Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, health and wellness, and connecting residents with the area’s natural environment. The modern 11-story building in the gated Waterside at Bay Beach community will feature indoor and outdoor destinations, with sweeping views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

“We put a lot of thought into the activities and amenities that would enhance Grandview’s maintenance-free luxury lifestyle,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes, which has been named America’s Best Builder by Builder magazine. “Today’s sophisticated buyers are social, want to experience the outdoors and Southwest Florida’s beautiful weather, and maintain a healthy living balance. Grandview meets all those desires and more.”

Located only two miles north of Lovers Key State Park on the final site in Waterside, Grandview is adjacent to a 55-acre nature preserve with three miles of walking paths and trails. The building was designed by Bob Hall of Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects and offers 58 residences, including six penthouses with 11-foot ceilings and a private, two-car parking garage with storage.

Grandview’s amenity floor will offer a club room, fitness center, yoga studio, men’s and women’s changing rooms, and a catering kitchen serving a large lanai and outdoor bar. Two fully decorated guest suites offer privacy for visitors, lounge areas and access to amenities.

Outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool and spa, fire pits with gathering spaces, barbecue grills, an event lawn with a trellis and four lighted tennis courts.

Named for its panoramic views, Grandview at Bay Beach is the first condominium tower in South Fort Myers Beach since 2008.

Grandview residents will also have access to the activities and amenities offered at Waterside, as well as the beachfront and recreational parks, shopping and restaurant destinations of Fort Myers Beach.

Waterside offers swimming pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, beach access and several nearby marinas.

Fort Myers Beach features a laid-back welcoming hospitality, with boutique shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment in the Gulf-front Times Square. Residents and beach goers also enjoy nature preserves and trails at Bowditch Point Park, and exploring the archaeological and historic site at Mound House.

Grandview at Bay Beach offers three-bedroom, three-bedroom-plus-den or four-bedroom floor plans, with 2,300 to 2,800 square feet of living space, sunrise balconies and sunset lanais, and garage parking with storage.

The residences will offer London Bay Homes’ high level of customization, finish and luxury appointments.
