Additional outdoor areas will include an open deck with a Caribbean blue zero-edge pool and built-in spa accented with narrow bands of cobalt sea tile, a large covered living room, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. A bay front fire pit is steps from the home’s private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.
The Mandeville’s classic coastal contemporary architecture is accented with a cupola, multiple pitched roofs, and a side-loading two-car garage with weathered teak stained doors.
Slated for completion in summer 2017, the Mandeville is priced at $5,125,000, fully furnished.
