If you are a REALTOR® you are no doubt very aware of Amendment 4 and its placement on the upcoming November ballot; however Amendment 4 is relevant to all of us, industry professionals and consumers alike.  Amendment 4 would provide tax relief worth about $1.7 billion over four years, which could result in major tax relief for first-time homebuyers, owners of second homes, small businesses and large corporations, as well as, create thousands of new jobs while reinvigorating the state’s troubled housing market and save homeowners millions of dollars.
