Every year London Bay creates a program that provides special incentives to any Realtor® who sells one of its homes. Karen’s name was drawn from all of the Realtors® who sold a home in 2010. In addition to the transatlantic cruise, there are also multiple sales awards that pay a $5,000 cash bonus for a Realtor’s® second London Bay sale in a single year, $10,000 for the third, and $20,000 for the fourth sale and any other that year.

London Bay is currently putting the details together for its 2011 Grand Prize. Speach said it will most likely be another cruise, but added that the destination has not yet been determined.
