NAPLES, Fla. (Dec. 2, 2014) – London Bay Homes is building an encore of its Clara model home at Mediterra. The three-bedroom luxury villa in Mediterra’s Cabreo neighborhood will replace the original model, which sold shortly after its completion this spring and is currently available for viewing through January.
London Bay is the exclusive builder for Cabreo’s final 19 homesites and offers three maintenance-free villa floor plans with three bedrooms, a den and 2,800 to 3,248 square feet of living space. The neighborhood overlooks a lake and nature preserves and is located in Mediterra’s Garden Neighborhood, offering the expansive Parterre Gardens with formal gardens, multiple water features, benches and walking paths.
The new Clara model, expected to be completed in summer 2015, will feature interior design by Michael Scott of Romanza Interior Design.
The largest of Cabreo’s homes, the Clara offers a generous 3,248 square feet of interior living space, formal dining and living rooms, a den, family room, three full baths and a powder room. Its kitchen features a freestanding breakfast bar island and a pantry closet, plus an optional home office that was shown as a butler’s pantry connecting to the dining room in Scott’s last model.
Designed for outdoor living and blurring the boundaries between al fresco and interior spaces, the Clara offers sliding doors in its living room and kitchen/family room.
The master suite’s bedroom has a coffered ceiling, windows overlooking the lanai and pool area, and his-and-her walk-in closets. The bathroom offers a garden tub, separate shower, his-and-her vanities and water closet.
Each guest room has a walk-in closet and private full bath.
The Clara floor plan offers numerous options that allow homebuyers to personalize their homes, including a summer kitchen, three-car garage, and multiple kitchen island configurations. Several options will be showcased in the model.
The Clara base plan offers 4,743 total square feet, including a two-car garage, entry and lanai.
Two additional homes are currently available for viewing in Cabreo: the fully furnished 3,101-square-foot Bettina, offering a great room, dining room and den, and the unfurnished Angelica with 2,810 square feet, a great room, den and dining area, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Cabreo’s luxury maintenance-free villas and homesite packages are priced from the $800,000s.
Buyers can select from multiple elevations that offer classic Mediterranean-inspired architecture with arched windows and entries, decorative medallions and cast stone detailing, or more clean-lined facades with rectangular windows with shutters.
Each Cabreo home also includes paver driveways, tile roofs and impact-resistant glass.

Mediterra is Naples’ premier golf and beach club community and eight-time Community of the Year. It received a 2013 Aurora Award for Best Residential Development in the Southeastern United States and ranks as one of the top private clubs in the world by BoardRoom magazine.
The 1,700-acre community offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including the member-owned Club at Mediterra with two world-class Fazio-designed courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.
Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services.
A recent renovation at the 32,000-square-foot clubhouse updated the interior design of the main dining room, expanded the Club Lounge and kitchen, and introduced al fresco dining options, an exposition kitchen and chef’s table.
The club and Tavern on 18 offer formal and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts. Additional renovations to the tavern added a fire pit to the popular lounge, which serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.
On the links, Mediterra is in the first year of a two-year $6.1 million project to replace the irrigation system, bunkers, cart paths and turf on its South Course.

All of the community’s amenities are member-owned.
Mediterra’s master plan includes more than 1,000 acres dedicated to open space with golf, parks and nature preserves.
