NAPLES, Fla. (Sept. 10, 2014) – London Bay Homes captured Best Interior Merchandising of a model home in the $1 million-plus category for the Brighton at Quail West during the 2014 Excel Awards presented by the 36th annual Southeast Building Conference.
The statewide awards – presented by the Florida Sales & Marketing Council of the Florida Home Builders Association during the SEBC – honor top builders, developers, advertising agencies and associates for achievements in sales, marketing, model merchandising and more.
Featuring interiors by Romanza Interior Design, the home was recognized for its use of color, texture, materials, interior space, furnishings, and window and wall treatments, as well as livability, quality and effectiveness of the design in relation to the specified target market.
Town and country elegance and classic American elements inspired the home’s interior design. The five-bedroom, five-bath, single-family estate features a tailored look of white-on-white paired with rich dark wood tones and textural raffia and woven furnishings. Interior design highlights include the study’s Dutch colonial bookcase crafted from reclaimed wood and a three-tier chandelier featuring stitched leather harnesses and polished nickel stirrups.
Emphasizing openness and outdoor living, the Brighton’s overall design focuses on quality and authenticity, resulting in a finished product that is true to both form and function.
London Bay Homes, a leader in the Naples luxury home market for more than two decades, was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company builds custom and semi-custom homes and intimate village neighborhoods from Marco Island to Sarasota priced from the $800,000s to more than $10 million in many of the region’s most exclusive neighborhoods and communities.
