NAPLES, Fla. (March 7, 2014) – London Bay Homes is now offering maintenance-free luxury villas in the Cabreo neighborhood in Mediterra, Naples’ premier golf and beach club community.

Only 23 villa homesites of 39 remain in Cabreo. New floor plans offered by London Bay are designed to complement the existing homes in the intimate neighborhood, with views that overlook lakes and nature preserves in Mediterra, the 2013 Aurora Award winner for best residential development within the Southeastern U.S.

London Bay’s new floor plans – the Angelica, Bettina and Clara – offer three bedrooms and a den in 2,810 to 3,248 square feet of living space. Buyers can select from multiple elevations that offer classic Mediterranean-inspired architecture with arched windows and entries, decorative medallions and cast stone detailing, or more clean-lined facades with rectangular windows with shutters.

Paver driveways, tile roofs and impact-resistant glass also are available, and home options include a three-car garage and summer kitchen equipped with a sink and grill.

“Cabreo offers the dynamic duo of luxurious living with a maintenance-free lifestyle,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “The homes are spacious and fully appointed, and the outdoor living areas were created to capture the best of Florida living. Since the homeowners association takes care of the lawn and landscape maintenance, it’s easy to lock up and leave.”

Villas in Cabreo are priced from the $800,000s.

London Bay Homes, a leader in the Naples luxury home market for more than two decades, was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra community is the eight-time winner of the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year. Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including the member-owned Club at Mediterra with two Tom Fazio-designed championship courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

Mediterra’s onsite amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; a fitness complex with tennis and bocce courts, a pool and spa services; and the 33,000-square-foot clubhouse offering formal and casual dining prepared by a staff of award-winning culinary experts.

Recent renovations expanded The Club at Mediterra’s terrace and added a fire pit to the popular Tavern lounge, which serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrées.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.

Planned for 950 homes, Mediterra’s master plan includes more than 1,000 acres dedicated to open space with golf, parks and nature preserves. The community is 90 percent built out.

Since December 2009, London Bay Homes and affiliates have managed all new home sales and marketing for the luxury community. Resale properties are listed through Mediterra Realty.

Available home designs in Mediterra include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from the $800,000s to more than $7 million.
