SARASOTA, Fla. (Jan. 19, 2016) – The single-family Isabella Two-Story estate model, the enhanced version of London Bay Homes’ popular Isabella floor plan, is now open at The Founders Club in Sarasota. The luxury four-bedroom, five-bath home offers a formal dining room, study and second-floor bonus room, a coastal-inspired interior design and expansive outdoor areas, including a second-floor balcony.

Golf, lake and nature preserve views are displayed throughout most of the home’s 4,265 square feet of living space. From backyard living spaces, the model offers sunset views of live oak trees, a lake and the signature double fairway of the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course. Vistas from the expansive front porch are of nature preserves.

Jennifer Stevens of Romanza Interior Design conveys the ambience of the seaside with white and soft gray backgrounds complementing wood flooring, weathered and distressed furniture finishes, and water and sunset colors of soft greens, bright and aqua blues, yellow and coral. The interior design of the Isabella Two-Story also incorporates reclaimed and salvaged wood furniture pieces, furnishings with natural motifs of branches and twigs, and an eclectic mix of glass, metallic and rustic finishes.

Wood flooring in main living areas enhances the Isabella Two-Story’s open floor plan, which flows from foyer to dining room, great room, kitchen and café. The great room’s white backdrops include painted wood-clad columns and millwork, a plush area rug and slip-covered sofa with accent pillows that provides pops of bright navy and apple-green. An antique mirror-topped coffee table adds to the room’s airy feel as does a wall of sliding glass doors leading to a patio.

Alabaster-finished maple cabinetry, white granite countertops and glass tile backsplashes provide a blank canvas for the kitchen’s glimmer of stainless steel appliances and brass pendants above the freestanding island breakfast bar. Navy, soft blues and greens in the fabric of upholstered stools introduce additional color.

The adjoining café features a vintage white table for casual dining while the dining room offers a more formal setting with a round gray table, white upholstered chairs and a scrolled chandelier.

The study, positioned in the back of the home, overlooks the pool and features a rustic writing desk, custom bookcases, a blue and natural linen palette, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom features a polished stainless steel four-poster king-size bed with a woven headboard, stone-finished fluted nightstands and a sitting area offering upholstered wing chairs and a square antique mirror table.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor; each has a walk-in closet and private full bath. One of the rooms offers twin beds with bright yellow patterned upholstered headboards. The second guest room has a queen bed, end stand with mirrored finishes and a blue bombe chest.

The fourth bedroom and fifth bath are located on the second floor, which also offers a large bonus room with sectional seating and TV, and a morning kitchen with alabaster white cabinetry and white quartz countertops.

Large alfresco living spaces providing sitting and dining areas are accessed from sliding glass doors in the great room, café and study. The outdoor living room offers a summer kitchen with a black granite countertop, gray-blue glass mosaic backsplash, grill, sink and refrigerator. Glazed apple-green tables paired with chaises impart a resort feeling and are positioned next to the pool, which has a sun shelf, raised spa and navy accent tiles.

The model’s West Indies-influenced architecture is accented with decorative Bermuda-style shutters and rafters, a cupola and a columned front porch.

The Isabella Two-Story offers 6,200 total square feet, including covered outdoor areas and a side-loading three-car garage.

The model is priced at $2,374,490, fully furnished.

London Bay Homes offers a selection of more than 18 single-family detached villa homes, Reserve Collection homes and one-of-a-kind estates ranging from 2,500 to more than 6,000 square feet of living space. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $900,000s to more than $5 million.
