NAPLES, Fla. (March 7, 2016) – London Bay Homes has nine luxury single-family model homes now open for viewing in Old Naples, the Estuary at Grey Oaks and Mediterra.

“Our newest model homes appeal to a variety of lifestyles, offering scenarios for discerning homebuyers dreaming of the beach, the country club experience or a more urban environment close to downtown Naples’ shops and restaurants,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes, a leader in the Southwest Florida luxury home market for 25 years. “Our models provide a true sense of place with a nod to coastal, island-inspired and Italian architectural detailing and interior design.”

The custom, estate and maintenance-free villa homes feature open floor plans and extensive outdoor living areas with pools, spas and outdoor kitchens. The homes offer three, four and five bedrooms, one- and two-story designs and span 2,800 to 5,900 square feet of living space. Prices start around $1 million. Several of the homes sold prior to or shortly after completion but are open for viewing for a limited time.

London Bay’s commitment to Private Label Living includes an array of options for buyers to customize their home. Homeowners can extend lanais and garages, add wine cabinets, bedrooms, dens or studies, and maximize outdoor spaces with fireplaces, summer kitchens and custom pools and spas.

The new models showcase spacious master suites, spa-like bathrooms, expansive alfresco areas to enjoy Florida’s outdoor lifestyle and interior design by Romanza Interior Design. Several models also offer a move-in ready option.

The fully furnished three-bedroom, three and one-half bath Chelston is London Bay’s second custom model in Old Naples. Located just blocks from Gulf of Mexico beaches, the two-story home blends West Indies and Old Florida design with natural walnut wood flooring and colors of rainforest citrus, teal, coral, butter and eggplant. The 4,227-square-foot home has a great room, study, formal dining room, home office and a second-floor loft with a wet bar. Outdoor areas include a secluded fire pit and a private garden accessed by sliding glass doors in the master bath’s shower.

The custom model is among several planned by London Bay Homes on prime homesites from Park Shore to Port Royal.

At the Estuary, the 5,905-square foot Chianti model in the Mirada neighborhood is reminiscent of a rambling Italian countryside estate with its stone façade, interior stone walls and wood beams. The four-bedroom model has a study, a second-floor bonus room with a billiards table, five full baths, two half baths and a third-floor observation deck for star-gazing.

London Bay has also completed seven estate and single-family villa models at Mediterra, a nine-time winner of Collier Building Industry Association’s Community of the Year award.

The three-bedroom, five-bath Cordoba offers 5,300 square feet, Italian-influenced embellishments and views of the lake and golf course. The two-story estate model in Cortile offers a study, second-floor billiards room and a separate catering kitchen.

In Serata, London Bay’s four-bedroom Delfina model has been designed with attention-getting details: a game room, a TV that pops up from a built-in credenza, and a large wrap-around outdoor living area catering to the sought-after alfresco lifestyle. The 4,329-square-foot home features formal dining and living rooms, and integrates leisure rooms into a large space for casual gatherings. Interior finishes include wood flooring, custom ceiling and wall treatments, and turquoise and magenta accents throughout. The home sold prior to completion but is open for viewing through April.

Three luxury maintenance-free villas also are open in Lucarno, a neighborhood evocative of a European village with cobblestone streets, fountains and 71 waterfront villas.

The newest is the three-bedroom, two-story Belita, which also sold prior to completion. The model offers 3,738 square feet of interior living space, a study, formal dining room, large open living room and home office. It has one- and two-car garages, a wet bar and a second-floor loft leading to a Romeo and Juliet balcony with dramatic views of the custom pool flanked by fire bowls. The home is open for viewing through October.

The four-bedroom Capriano features a coastal-inspired interior design enhanced by wood floors, distressed wood finishes and a palette of bright blues, greens, yellows and tangerine accents. The model – sold shortly before completion – offers a library, second-floor bonus room, and 4,402 square feet. It has an award-winning outdoor space with a fireplace, custom pool and a large second-floor balcony and sundeck. The home is available for viewing through June.

The 3,380-square-foot Eloro features a British Colonial design and accents of paprika, citrine and smoke against bright white- and linen-toned backgrounds. The three-bedroom model has an oversized great room, study and wine pantry. Additional interior elements include a painted tongue-and-groove and beamed ceiling treatment.

In Cabreo, the three-bedroom Bettina features a sophisticated coastal design of turquoise, glass green and gray set against the softer hues of tan tile flooring, painted walls and light wood furniture. It offers a den, dining room and great room with crown molding within 3,102 square feet. The home is currently open for viewing only through the end of March.

The three-bedroom Angelica, also in Cabreo, features vibrant pops of burnt orange and crimson and oak-toned furnishings. It has a den, great room and 2,810 square feet of living space.
