NAPLES, Fla. (March 20, 2014) – Southwest Florida residents and visitors will have the rare opportunity to explore seven luxury model homes in Collier County’s eight-time Community of the Year during the Mediterra Model Home Showcase Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Showcase is open to the public, with an optional $5 donation benefiting the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida, the only pediatric facility between Miami and St. Petersburg.
London Bay Homes will welcome visitors to seven of its luxury villa and single-family estate model homes, including one of the highest-end models now available in Naples.
Guests will explore homes priced from more than $1 million to nearly $4 million, featuring interior design by award-winning Romanza Interior Design and floor plans that capture the Southwest Florida lifestyle with an emphasis on openness and outdoor living.
London Bay Homes is partnering with three of Southwest Florida’s premier businesses – Naples Motorsports, Fort Myers Imports and Marissa Collections – to present the Showcase. Visitors will have an opportunity to view the latest fashions from Marissa’s, as well as the ultimate in luxury and sports cars, including Ferrari’s 458 Italia, Lamborghini’s Murcielago and Gallardo, and high-end Audis, Jaguars and Land Rovers.
Guests will receive a map indicating the seven showcase homes, which are located in four different neighborhoods overlooking 36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed golf, nature preserves and lakes.
London Bay’s showcase models offer 3,000 to more than 5,200 square feet of living space and include the first public peek inside Cabreo, Mediterra’s new maintenance-free luxury villa neighborhood and one of only seven neighborhoods in the 1,700-acre community offering new homebuying opportunities.
In Cortile, a neighborhood of 46 estates and villas, participants will discover the community’s largest and most expensive model: the $3,875,000 Annalisa. The 5,290-square-foot single-family estate offers formal dining and great rooms, a family room, wine room, butler’s pantry and four bedrooms, including a romantic lavender-painted master bedroom.
The three-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath Girona, also in Cortile, represents one of London Bay’s most popular floor plans and is the fourth Girona model built in Mediterra – the current model and all three previous Girona models have sold during or immediately following construction. The $2,250,000 showcase home features a study, formal dining room and great room within 3,526 square feet.
The Lucarno neighborhood of luxury maintenance-free villa homes is reminiscent of a small European village, with cobblestone streets, lakes and gardens. Lucarno includes two model homes – both of which sold during the same month on leaseback. The $2,106,000 Capriano has four bedrooms, four baths, a library/retreat, a second-floor game room and 4,402 square feet. The Eloro offers three bedrooms, an oversized great room, a study and wine pantry with 3,380 square feet of living space.
In the Serata neighborhood, the four-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bath Delfina, a single-family estate model, features a TV that pops up from custom cabinetry between the family room and great room. The home offers formal dining and living rooms, a study, and a large outdoor living area and covered verandah. The 4,332-square-foot home is one of Mediterra’s newest models and is priced at $2,439,070.
In the newly launched Cabreo neighborhood, London Bay Homes will showcase the just-completed Bettina, offering three bedrooms, a den, dining room and great room within 3,101 square feet. Interior architectural embellishments include crown molding and columns.
The unfurnished Angelica has 2,810 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, a den, great room, and dining area off of the kitchen.
Homes and homesites in Cabreo – where only 23 villa homesites remain – are priced from the $800,000s.
