London Bay Renovation, a division of London Bay that specializes in renovating luxury residences in Southwest Florida’s most exclusive neighborhoods, is pleased to announce James Prisby has been named client development manager.
In this role, Prisby will drive the renovation division’s growth and cultivate relationships across the region to expand its presence and impact.
An accomplished professional, Prisby has over four decades of experience leading a multitude of milestone renovation projects. Originally from Hinsdale, Ill., he served as owner and architect of Caprio Prisby Architectural Design for over 30 years and previously as owner and president of Arbor Pointe Artisan Homes for nearly 15 years. Prisby specializes in the areas of residential architecture, interior design, kitchen design, site hardscape and pool design, millwork design, client development and construction management.

Prisby attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned a bachelor of architecture degree. In 2002, he was named the Crystal Key Award winner for Best Home in Chicagoland by the Greater Home Builders Association and has received a dozen additional key awards. Prisby also served on the Hinsdale Historic Preservation Commission for six years, helped craft the Hinsdale Preservation Zoning Incentive Program, which has already successfully saved and preserved historic home throughout Hinsdale, and has earned several historic preservation awards.
