NAPLES, Fla. (March 20, 2017) – Six luxury model homes are now open for viewing at Mediterra, Collier County’s 10-time community of the year. The single-family villa and custom estate homes were created by the award-winning team of London Bay Homes and Romanza Interior Design in Naples’ premier golf and beach club community.

The models offer one- and two-story floor plans, 2,800 to 4,500 square feet of living space, three and four bedrooms, and home-specific second-floor lounges, bonus and recreation rooms. Multiple outdoor destination areas are designed for resort-style living with fully equipped outdoor kitchens, covered dining and sitting areas, dancing water features, secluded fire pits and custom pools and spas.

The homes feature soft Mediterranean and coastal contemporary architectural and interior design with inspired color palettes, stone and wood flooring, specialty ceiling and wall treatments, built-in cabinetry, and granite and quartz countertops.

“The homes provide an ideal opportunity for visitors to get a sense of Mediterra’s coveted lifestyle as well as experience the quality and attention to detail of a London Bay home,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of the Naples-based homebuilder.

“Our current models have gorgeous views of golf course fairways, nature preserves and lakes,” Wilson said. “They showcase the many ways people will live in Mediterra, whether they like to entertain, relax by the pool or fire or sneak away to a study to read a book. Most of the models also include maintenance-free living, which means more time to enjoy Mediterra’s amenities.”

London Bay Homes’ two newest models are the four-bedroom, four-bath Capriano luxury villas in the Lucarno and Cortile neighborhoods. The maintenance-free models offer libraries, dedicated wine cellars and second-floor lounge areas with wet bars and large sundecks. The homes also showcase custom-designed pools and spas, firescapes and architectural elements, including trellises, pergolas and entry courtyards with fountains.

The Capriano in Cortile offers 4,493 square feet of living space, a three-car garage, cascading waterfall fountain and spa, a fire pit and pergola. Design elements include a custom built-in and wood wall detail in the study, and a transitional aesthetic with shades of taupe, blue, green and ivory with accents of vibrant turquoise and teal. The master suite opens onto the pool deck; a guest suite offers double French doors to the entry courtyard. The Capriano is priced at $3,675,000.

The lakefront Capriano in Lucarno was recently awarded Overall Excellence in Construction and Design in the $2,501,000 to $3 million category during the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2017 Parade of Homes. The home offers 4,402 square feet of living space, a linear fireplace in the great room, an outdoor fireplace, and a dramatic master bathroom with smoked-glass shower doors. Its soft contemporary design features bright green, orange, melon and yellow.

The Capriano also features a two-car garage, a detached single-car garage and an entry courtyard befitting the European village ambience of Lucarno, located in Mediterra’s Garden Neighborhood adjacent to the Parterre Garden – the community’s largest neighborhood park with formal gardens, sitting areas and a large reflecting pond. The model is priced at $2,756,700.

In Cabreo, an enclave of maintenance-free villas also in the garden neighborhood, three luxury models are open: the Angelica, Bettina and Clara.

The three-bedroom, three-bath Angelica, priced at $1,330,000, features designer finishes and accents of burnt oak, crimson and oak throughout its 2,810 square feet of living space. It also has a pool and firepit.

The 3,110-square-foot Bettina offers four bedrooms, four baths and an open great room floor plan. Its soft contemporary design features modern understated furniture forms and muted grays with aquamarine and coral accents. It is priced at $1,880,900, fully furnished.

The three-bedroom, three- and one-half bath Clara has 3,369 square feet of living space and offers formal living and dining rooms, a study, family room and butler’s bar. Priced at $1,995,000, it replaces a previous Clara model that sold 43 days after its completion – three times faster than other similarly priced homes in Naples.

London Bay Homes’ Isabella Two-Story is a 4,285-square-foot estate model that earned Sand Dollar awards for its four-bedroom, five-bath floor plan, transitional interior design, and pool with dancing streams of colored water emerging unexpectedly from the pool deck. The $3,125,625 estate home is located in the Serata neighborhood. It offers a formal dining room, study, kitchen café, three-car garage, and a second floor with a bonus room and wet bar. White and neutral gray backdrops are accented with black, teal and rich amarone-hued wood tones.

Additional models are in various stages of construction and another five models will open later in 2017. Each demonstrates London Bay Homes’ commitment to detail, design and personal expression – the hallmarks of its brand promise of Private Label Living.
