An array of new private custom estate homes under construction in Naples showcase London Bay Homes’ dedication to superior customer service and attention to detail. Whether they opt for an existing floor plan on the site of their choosing, or develop their own design for a London Bay homesite, the process is personalized, explains Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes.

“London Bay’s brand promise of ‘Private Label Living’ is a philosophy, a process and a personalized approach to homebuilding,” said Wilson.

London Bay Home Sales Executive Toby Cloutier recently helped a couple transition from a condo to a custom luxury home on 4th Street North in Naples.

“The homebuyers liked the quiet street and proximity to downtown and the beach,” said Cloutier. “For inspiration, I met with them at our beautiful Chelston model that sold last year.”

The couple worked with the London Bay Homes team to create the right home for their site, with architecture led by Michael Faulhaber and luxury interiors created by Michael Scott from Romanza Interior Design.

“The architecture is transitional, with traditional elements that will give it a timeless feel,” said Cloutier.

Another couple, first-time Naples homebuyers, found their ideal homesite along 4th Avenue North.

“We visited the lot together, and then proceeded to the since-sold Watlington model to see how it might translate to their site. They were very impressed with the quality, interior design and finishes throughout the home,” said Cloutier. “They also liked the fact that London Bay Homes could manage all phases of the design and build process.”

The owners are also working with Faulhaber for architecture, and Romanza’s Jennifer Stevens is providing an interior design that mixes contemporary and transitional elements with personalization to meet the couple’s needs.

“They own a business together in the Midwest and wanted a shared office space in their new home,” said Stevens. “We were able to custom design two desks for him, and one for her, tailored to their needs. He uses two computer screens, so he wanted a more open design, while she wanted more space for files and some built-ins.”

The couple also plan on using their Naples home for entertaining, said Stevens.

“We designed a two-story gas fireplace in the great room, with seating all around it and a lot of architectural detail, and created a multilevel bar near the outdoor kitchen,” she added.

“We were able to incorporate their wishes, and the extra lot space has also allowed for a fantastic outdoor living area and pool – elements that were at the top of their ‘must have’ list,” said Cloutier.

Another client couple was inspired to select a London Bay Homes homesite available on Rum Row after viewing the London Bay Homes model at 4395 Gordon Drive.

“They appreciated the quality and design of the model, but they fell in love with the street and the expansive views of the Rum Row homesite,” said Cloutier.

For the couple’s new Dutch-influenced 8,000-square-foot-home on Rum Row, they selected Naples architect John Cooney, a long-time London Bay Homes partner.

For inspiration, homebuyers can visit the 4,667-square-foot home Port Royal custom estate model at 4395 Gordon Drive in Naples, available for purchase at $13,475,000. The model features personalized options, such as a custom walnut-paneled wine room with space for 300 bottles. The outdoor living areas is outfitted with outdoor kitchen complete with two 48-inch TVs with hidden audio and video equipment, along with a custom pool and spa. The great room and second-floor master suite are positioned to take full advantage of the home’s waterfront setting along Cutlass Cove.
