London Bay Home’s newest luxury estate in Naples is on schedule for completion this fall. Part of the award-winning homebuilder’s impressive collection of estates currently under construction throughout Naples’ premier neighborhoods, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath showcase estate at 477 Third St. N. features expansive resort-style outdoor living spaces, upscale custom-selected finishes and furnishings by Romanza Interior Design, and an impeccable location only a block from Gulf Shore Boulevard and beautiful white-sand Gulf of Mexico beaches. The property includes a three-bedroom main estate with 5,483 square feet under air and a freestanding guest cabana opposite the custom pool with an alfresco living room and fireplace.

“This home is a gem, a must-see and is offered turnkey ready,” said Toby Cloutier, director of business development for London Bay Homes. “Its deep homesite is rare for Old Naples and created an incredible opportunity for unique outdoor destinations, a spectacular pool and spa, and plenty of great yard space. It’s a prime location, being so close to the beach and less than a mile from the new Four Seasons Resort.”

The two-story luxury showcase residence offers a study, a gourmet professional kitchen with a well-equipped butler’s pantry, a second-floor lounge and loft, and nearly 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor living. The home represents an interior design collaboration with Jennifer Stevens of Romanza and custom pool, spa and landscaping design by Exteriors by Koby Kirwin.

The showcase estate features soft, clean-lined contemporary architecture with warm woods, taupe tongue-and-groove outdoor ceilings, bronze framed windows and dark gray-brown metal louvered awnings over the individual wood doors of the air-conditioned three-car garage. Light textural porcelain-stone cladding accents the two-story entry tower. The pivoting glass entry door reveals views across the foyer and great room to the length of the pool and expansive outdoor areas.

"As soon as you walk in, it's easy to envision your life here,"said Cloutier. "It's luxurious and inviting, livable and elegant."

London Bay Homes reimagines modern entertaining, introducing a "chat room" into the open-concept floor plan. An intimate space for conversations and cocktail, the room enhances the home's entertainment dynamic, which is also complemented by a full wet bar, the butler’s pantry, and wall-spanning pocketing sliding glass doors extending indoor areas outside and showcasing long pool views.

“London Bay Homes has perfected defining unique spaces within their spacious designs,” said Stevens, Romanza’s senior design director. “Gathering areas are created to effortlessly complement everyday living, from intimate relaxation to large-scale entertaining.”

Stevens’ design echoes the home’s contemporary aesthetic, featuring a custom Poliform kitchen and spacious boutique closet in the master suite, plus a statement-making study with a glass wall and modern leather-accented wall system. The color palette consists of rich taupe, navy, black and white with elm and walnut wood and texture for warmth and brass, deep copper and bronze adding contrast. The estate features 48-by-48-inch porcelain tile flooring in main living areas and European white oak in the master suite and throughout the second floor.

“It’s an inviting, warm version of contemporary design layering in stone, wood and interesting metals,” said Stevens. “The furniture is overscale and comfortable.”

White backgrounds and lacquered Poliform cabinetry in the kitchen are contrasted by the elm base of the extended island and its built-in table with a waterfall countertop of dramatic gold, ochre and gray veined calacatta luxe marble. Calacatta also accents the six-burner cooktop’s backsplash and hood. The kitchen has a steam oven and additional amenities in the adjoining butler’s pantry, offering a coffee system, refrigerator drawers, additional appliances, a large sink and workspace with a view, courtesy of four 8-foot windows. Barn doors open to the walk-in pantry tucked under the staircase.

Designed for easy entertaining, the great room offers additional built-in cabinetry, a separate refrigerator, freezer, full-height wine refrigerator and wet bar. A wall treatment combines wallcovering, custom cabinetry and shelves and ribbed walnut panels. Adjacent to the great room, the estate’s dining room accommodates a large table. Both areas provide a seamless connection to outdoor spaces.

Private destinations are hidden within lush greenery and discovered while wandering the trellised walkways around the resort-inspired pool. Each space includes thoughtful features – the outdoor kitchen off the dining room has a built-in gas grill, oversized curving bar with a Dekton Trillium industrial waterfall edge countertop, an Evo grill and two TVs against a tongue-and-groove surface.

Outdoor areas meander to a series of open-air and under-roof retreats, including a lawn with a trio of chaises overlooking the pool, a covered dining pavilion with a table for eight and a custom sea fan coral metal screen in place of a wall. On the opposite side of the pool, an Irish-blue limestone deck with a stylish daybed is exclusive to the master suite.

“The rich colors of the pool’s mosaic tile and interior surface add depth to the outdoor areas,” said Stevens. The pool features a shallow sun shelf area and a sunken oversized spa by the cabana that’s virtually flush with the pool’s surface.

“The homesite is 300 feet deep and the outdoor living is incredible,” said Cloutier. “You will truly feel like you are on vacation in the privacy of your own home and guests will enjoy the VIP experience of their own private cabana.”

A getaway suite, the cabana features a custom closet system, a morning kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee bar, a private deck and outdoor shower surrounded by dense landscaping. The cabana’s spacious outdoor sitting area features a wet bar and oversized sectional sofa facing the linear fireplace and TV. Automated roll down screens and shutters are also included.

The estate’s spacious master suite and study occupy an entire wing. The bedroom features a dropped cloud ceiling, soft warmer tones and textures of cashmere and silk. The expansive Poliform closet connects the bedroom and bathroom and offers a makeup vanity under a large window and a variety of storage solutions and functions. The bathroom features separate walnut vanities with misty-gray Carrera polished countertops on each side of a rectangular bathtub, a 48-by-48-inch tile floor with the look of snow-white marble and a decorative ceiling. The taupe and gray in the chevron-patterned shower floor adds warmth.

The study and powder room are tucked into a quiet space. The study’s glass wall and custom wall system accented with leather, glass drawers, dark oak, metals and a hidden fold-down bar nod to contemporary style. The room also features a backlit ceiling, large corner windows and a sculptural desk.

The estate’s two second-floor guestrooms have a private bath and walk-in closet and enjoy a cozy loft with a morning kitchen, a lounge with a built-in media wall, and a balcony offering pool and sunset views.

The showcase estate at 477 Third St. N. also offers an elevator and opportunities for homebuyers to personalize their space.
