Two custom estates by London Bay Homes are available for immediate move-in showcasing views of Cutlass Cove and located just blocks from both the famed Gulf of Mexico beaches and the world-class dining, entertainment and shopping of Fifth Avenue and Third Street South.

Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design, the homes are part of London Bay’s Naples Collection and highlight the builder’s brand promise of “Private Label Living” – a singular commitment to custom building that ensures the highest quality and attention to detail, a refined process honed by its decades of expertise, comprehensive knowledge of building sciences and new technologies, as well as industry-setting standards.

“‘Private Label Living’ sets London Bay Homes apart from other homebuilders,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “It’s a commitment to our customers that encompasses a complete understanding of who they are and how they want to live. It’s a philosophy, a process and a personalized approach to homebuilding.”

The custom homes showcase the newest designer trends and styles, including an emphasis on indoor-outdoor connection and spaces, expansive master suites with spa-like baths, and destination areas ideal for entertaining family and friends.

The custom single-family estate at 4395 Gordon Drive in Port Royal showcases views of the mangroves on Keewaydin Island just across the water. Its West Indies-Coastal architecture is complemented by Jennifer Stevens’ interior design that blends exotic woods, mixed metals and leather with a palette of neutral taupes and ivories with green and tan accents. With 4,667 square feet of living space, the estate offers four en-suite bedrooms within two stories, a great room that offers two seating areas for formal or casual gatherings and a gourmet-ready kitchen.

The master suite features a bed facing a wall of sliding glass doors designed to display water views. A resort-worthy custom pool with in-water benches and a built-in spa with two spillways leads to the private dock and offers quick access to Gordon Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. With one- and two-car garages, the home is offered fully furnished at $13,475,000.

The Chelston model located at 631 Broad Court North in Old Naples draws inspiration from the West Indies, Old Florida and other tropical ports of call. Senior Designer Melissa Allen captured the ambiance with vibrant island-inspired colors of rainforest citrus, teal, coral, butter and eggplant.

Spanning 4,227 square feet within two stories, the three-bedroom, three and one-half-bath Chelston offers an open floor plan that connects great room, kitchen and breakfast café to multiple alfresco areas, including dining and seating space, an outdoor kitchen and a secluded fire pit. The master bathroom shower’s sliding glass door leads to an outdoor shower garden with a trickling water fountain, while the second-floor loft offers a wet bar and two guest rooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. The model offers a two-car garage and is available fully furnished at $3,950,000.

In addition to the custom homes available for immediate move-in, homeowners can also choose to work with London Bay to design and build a custom home on a preferred homesite of their selection. London Bay’s “Private Label Living” process also ensures blueprint-to-completion services for new homes, including in-house designers, interior design professionals, and experts in custom pools and landscaping to help bring inspirations to life. Clients experience a personalized approach the moment they connect with the builder and its team, which offers the area’s only true design-build process.
